34歳，男性、左陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に来院した．腫瘍が疑われたため手術を施行した．腫瘤は精索に付着しており，これを摘出した．病理学的診断は動静脈奇形であった．精索にみられることはきわめて稀で，本邦では文献上3例目である．
A 34-year-old man presented to our hospital complaining of a mass in the left scrotum. As tumor in the scrotum was suspected. operation was done. The mass was attached to the spermatic cord and resected. Pathological diagnosis was arteriovenous malformation of the spermatic cord. This case is very rare and the third reported in the Japanese literature.
