経尿道的手術を施行した巨大膀胱憩室

Giant Bladder Diverticula Treated Transurethrally:A Case Report

　87歳，男性。尿閉を主訴に当科を紹介された。初診時の尿道膀胱造影で，強度の膀胱頸部閉塞と2個の巨大膀胱憩室を認めた。経尿道的膀胱頸部切開と，膀胱憩室に対する経尿道的手術を施行した。術後3か月目の効果判定では，憩室は著明に縮小しており，排尿状態も改善した。本症のような巨大な膀胱憩室に対しても，経尿道的手術が有効な手段であると考えられた。

A 87-year-old man was referred to our clinic with the chief complaint of urinary retention. Urethrocystogram demon-strated the bladder neck obstruction and two giant bladder diverticula. Transurethral treatments of bladder neck and bladder diverticula were performed. Three months after the operations, the diverticula had markedly shrunk and the patient had no trouble on urination.
