症例は48歳，女性。全身倦怠感にて入院し，腹部X線検査にて両側の腎サンゴ状結石を認めた。左逆行性腎盂造影にて左腎結腸瘻を認めたが症状はなく，炎症所見が軽度なため，右腎サンゴ状結石の破砕を優先し，TULを2回，PNLを5回，ESWLを1回施行した。そののち，左腎摘除術と下行結腸模状切除術を施行した。術後経過は良好で，腎機能の悪化もなく，5か月後の現在，結石の再発も認めず経過観察中である。腎結腸瘻は稀な疾患であり，本邦37例目と思われた。
A 48-year-old woman with a complaint of general fatigue was admitted to our hospital. A plain film showed staghorn calculus in the bilateral kidney. Retrograde pyelography revealed the left renocolic fistula. After the patient under-went lithotripsy for right staghorn calculus, left nephrec-tomy with wedge-shaped resection of the descending colonwere performed. Up to now only 37 cases, including ourcase, of renocolic fistula have been reported in the Japaneseliteratures.
