腎細胞癌の膀胱転移

Bladder Metastasis of Renal Cell Carcinoma:A Case Report

　患者は73歳，男性。左腎腫瘍に対し根治的左腎摘除術を施行，病理診断はRCC,clear　cell subtypeであり，腎盂粘膜および尿管への浸潤が認められた。術後5か月目に顕微鏡的血尿が出現し，膀胱鏡検査の結果膀胱内に径約3cmの腫瘤性病変を認めた。膀胱切開にて腫瘍切除術を施行したところ，病理組織学的には腎細胞癌の膀胱転移と診断された。

A 73-year-old man underwent left radical nephrectomy,and histopathological examination revealed clear cell carcinoma with focal infiltration to the renal pelvis and ureter.Urinalysis was positive for micro-hematuria 5 month after the operation, and cystoscopy showed a 3 cm mass in the bladder, which was resected through a lower abdominal incision. The histopathological diagnosis of the tumor was clear cell carcinoma, consistent with bladder metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.
