　症例は50歳，女性。左足底原発悪性黒色腫および左大腿皮膚転移に対し化学療法を施行中，肉眼的血尿を認めたため当科を受診した。膀胱右側壁および頸部左側に非乳頭状有茎性腫瘍を認め，経尿道的切除術を施行した。病理組織学的所見は悪性黒色腫であった。泌尿生殖器系における本腫瘍の発生は原発性，転移性を問わず稀であるため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Primary and metastatic malignant melanoma of the geni-tourinary tract is rare. We report a case of metastatic malignant melanoma of the urinary bladder. A 50-year-old woman, who had undergone chemotherapy for malignant melanoma of the left sole with metastatic lesion of the leftfemoral skin, presented our department with a chief com-plaint of gross hematuria. Cystoscopy revealed two non-papillary pedunculated tumors, one on the right lateral wall and the other at the left neck as well as black mucosal le-sion on the posterior wall. The tumors were resected transurethraly.
