　60歳，男性。主訴は排尿困難と右陰嚢腫大。排尿時膀胱尿道造影にて右陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアと診断され，鼠径ヘルニア根治術を施行した。術後1Oか月を経過するが，再発は認められていない。

A case of inguinoscrotal bladder hernia occurring in a 60 -year-old man with complaint of difficult urination is reported. He also complained of a bulge in the right inguinoscrotal region with awareness of bladder filling. The voiding cystourethrogram, which revealed herniation of the bladder into the right side of the scrotum was useful for the diagnosis in this case. An inguinal herniorr-haphy was performed. Postoperatively, he was able to urinate smoothly with no residual urine. This is the 20th case of the inguinoscrotal type of bladder herniation in the Japanease literatures.
