陰嚢絞扼症の1例

INCARCERATION OF THE SCROTUM: A CASE REPORT

　66歳，男性．入浴中，温水濾過還流のための排水孔内へ陰嚢を強力に吸引され，陰嚢内容が排水孔内に嵌頓し除去不能となったため救急受診した。絞扼状態となっていたが，用手的に排水孔板を除去し得た。陰嚢絞扼症はきわめて稀な疾患である。

The patient was a 66-year-old man. whose whole scrotum was sucked strongly into the plug-hole, while taking a bath. This resulted in his scrotum being incarcerated by a metal plate hole. He was sent to us on an emergency basis and metal plate was successfully removed by means of manuduction without any complications.
