犬の咬傷による尿道断裂

A CASE OF PENILE AND URETHRAL INJURIES CAUSED BY DOG BITE

　47歳，男性，義兄宅の飼い犬（チャウチャウ）にズボンごしに陰茎部を咬まれ，近医にて緊急縫合処置を受けるも，創部より尿漏出，血尿を認めたため，来院した．逆行性尿道造影，尿道鏡にて尿道完全断裂と診断し，観血的尿道形成術を施行した．犬咬傷による尿道断裂の報告は本邦第1例目と思われる．

The patient was a 47-year-old man, who had penile and urethral injuries caused by dog bite (Chow-chow) . The penis showed mild edematous change with hematuria and urine leakage after primary treatments by a local physician. The findings of retrograde urethrography and urethroscopy indicated a complete urethral transection. End to end anastomosis of urethra and wound repairs in the penile glans and shaft were performed. This seems to be the first case of penile and urethral injuries by dog bite in Japan.
