57歳，男性。排尿・排便困難を主訴に受診した。膀胱後部に巨大な腫瘍を認め，腫瘍摘出術を施行した。線維形成を伴った紡錘形細胞肉腫と診断された。術後6年たった現在再発を認めていない。本邦60例目の膀胱後部肉腫である。
A 57-year-old man presented complaining difficulty of urination and defecation. CT and MRI demonstrated retrovesical large mass. The surgically removed tumor was 16×10×10cm in size and capsulated. Histologically, tumor consisted of spindle cells with fiber proliferation. Spindle cell tumor with low grade malignancy was the histological diagnosis. Further diagnosis was uncertain. 1 course of adjuvant chemotherapy (CYVADACT) was administered. Neither recurrence nor metastasis have been observed for 75 months.
