患者は65歳男性，主訴は排尿困難，右陰嚢腫大。排尿時膀胱尿道造影を行い右陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアと診断，鼠径ヘルニア根治術を施行した。術後経過は良好で，再発徴候は認められていない。
We herein report a 65-year-old man with inguinoscrotal bladder herniation complaining a large mass in the right scrotum and inguinal canal, associated with voiding difficulty and frequency. The voiding cystourethrography was diagnostic, which demonstrated contrast media freely entered into the right scrotum. Intraoperatively, indirect herniation was recognized and was successfully treated by iliopubic tract repair without making any inci-sion of the bladder.
