膀胱ヘルニアの1例

A CASE REPORT OF INGUINAL BLADDER HERNIA AS SOCIATING WITH ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE PROSTATE

　78歳，男性。主訴は頻尿，排尿困難。精査にてStage D₁の前立腺癌であった。同時に左鼠径部に還納可能な鶏卵大の腫瘤を認め，次第に増大した。膀胱造影，CT検査で膀胱ヘルニアと診断し，手術を施行した。腹膜外型膀胱ヘルニアであった。前立腺癌に合併した膀胱ヘルニアの報告は，本邦では2例目である。

A 78-year-old man was admitted because of pollakisuria and difficult urination. Medical examination revealed adenocarcinoma of the prostate, stage D1. There was a reducible hen-egg-sized mass in the left inguinal region, which increased gradually in size. Cystogram and CT scan demonstated a bladder hernia. This bladder hernia was direct, and was classified as the extraperitoneal type. This case is the 2nd of inguinal bladder hernia associated with cancer of the prostate in accmulated Japanese literatures.
