陰嚢内類表皮嚢胞の1例

Epidermoid Cyst in the Scrotum:A Case Report

　患者は53歳，男性。高校生の頃より右陰嚢内の無痛性腫大に気づいていたが，放置していた。最近数か月で急速に増大したため当科を受診した。右側陰嚢は手拳大に腫大し，触診にて精巣，精巣上体を明瞭に区別できた。術前陰嚢部エコー，CT検査を施行し，陰嚢内良性嚢胞性腫瘍を疑い，腫瘍単純摘除術を施行した。術後4か月を経過した現在，経過は良好で，再発は認めていない。

A 53-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of asymptomatic right scrotal swelling. Palpation revealed a fist-sized elastic soft mass which was clearly separated from other contents of the scrotum. Preopera-tive scrotal ultrasonography and CT were consistent to intrascrotal benign cystic tumor. Complete excision was performed and histopathological examination demonstrated a scrotal epidermoid cyst. To our knowledge, this is the 18th case of intrascrotal epidermoid cyst reported in Japan.
