　51歳，男性．左陰嚢内の無痛性腫瘤を主訴として当科受診．精巣腫瘍の診断にて左高位除睾術を施行したが，病理組織診断の結果，精巣および精巣上体は問題なく，精索の未分化な腺癌と判明した．原発巣検索の結果，胃内視鏡，消化管造影等にて，胃癌の左精索転移と診断した．転移性精索腫瘍はまれな疾患であり，自験例は本邦報告例の第51例目にあたる．

A 51-year-old male was admitted to the hospital on November 25, 1988, with the complaint of painless swelling of left scrotal content. Under the diagnosis of the testis tumor left orchiectomy was performed. Histopathological diagnosis was metastatic adenocarcinoma of the spermatic cord. Neither tesis nor epididymis had any microscopic abnormality. Then, endoscopic examination of the gastrointentinal tract revealed carcinomatous changes of the stomach and punch biopsy of the gastric mucosa was carcinoma of the stomach histopathologically. In this series, we have collected 51 cases of metastatic tumors of the spermatic cord.
