精索神経線維腫

NEUROFIBROMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD: A CASE REPORT

　43歳，男性。右鼠径部腫瘤を主訴に来科した。腫瘍マーカーを含む入院時検査成績は正常であった。CTにて腫瘤は睾丸様の低濃度域として描出された。精管が剥離できなかったため，高位除睾術を行った。腫瘍は3×2×2cmで，病理組織学的には神経線維腫であった。ほかにはレクリングハウゼン病に見られる所見はなかった。本例は，本邦第1例目の精索神経線維腫と思われる。

A 43-year-old man visited our hospital with the chief complaint of the right inguinal mass. Laboratory findings, including tumor markers, were normal. CT scan revealed a low density mass like a testis. High orchidectomy was performed because was defference could not be dissected. The tumor was 3 × 2 × 2 cm in size. Histopathological diagnosis vas neurofibroma. He had no other findings of Von Recklinghausen disease. This case seems to be a first case of neurofibroma of the serpmatic cord in the Japanese literature.
