　50歳，男性．人間ドックで右陰嚢内容の腫大を指摘され当科を受診した．触診上陰嚢内で精索に沿って硬度軟，表面平滑な3.5×3.5×3cmの透光性のある可動性腫瘤を触知した．エコー上は充実性で，摘出手術を施行した．腫瘤は精索に存在し，黄色調で被膜に覆われた脂肪腫であった．

The patient was a 50-year-old man who visited us with the chief complaint of indolent swelling of the right scrotal contents which had been pointed out by other physician. A soft and movable mass with smooth surface was palpated along the spermatic cord and was 3.5 × 3.5 × 3 cm in size. It had positive transillum-ination, but was a solid mass by ultrasound sonography. An operation was performed. The mass, which was removed from the right spermatic cord, appeared yellow and was encapsulated. The histological diagnosis was lipoma.
