陰嚢壊疽の1例

A CASE OF SCROTAL GANGRENE

　65歳，男性．右陰嚢腫脹と発熱を主訴に来院した．右精巣上体炎の診断にて入院加療するも軽快せず，第4病日に陰嚢は壊疽に陥った．早急に広範な外科的切除を施行し，術後経過は順調であった．

A 65-year-old man came to our hospital with chief complaints of swelling in the right scrotum and fever. He was admitted and given antibiotics for right epididymitis, but without relief. On the fourth day of admission, scrotal gangrene developed. Extensive surgical resection was immediately performed, and post-operative courne was uneventful.
