　50歳，男性．無痛性の左鼠径部の鵞卵大の腫瘤を主訴に来院した．精索由来の悪性腫瘍も考えられたため，腫瘤摘除術を施行した．腫瘤は被膜を有し多結節性で，割面は充実性であった．組織学的には粘液様変性を起こした精索由来の平滑筋腫であった．

A 50-year-old man was presented with a two year history of a rapidly enlarging left inguinal mass, whichmeasured about 5cm in diameter, and was elastic firm and lobulated. Ultrasound evaluation revealed aheteroechoic mass, so its origin was not the inguinal lymph node. The tumor was easily separated from thespermatic cord and excised. It was 52×43×60mm in size and 100g in weight. Histological diagnosis wasleiomyoma of the spermatic cord. Postoperative course was uneventful.
