65歳，男性。左鼠径部腫瘤を主訴として来院した。周囲組織の広範な切除を伴う高位精巣摘出術を行ったが，病理組織診断は精索原発の脂肪肉腫であった。自験例は本邦33例目と思われる。
A 65-year-old man presented with a chief complaint of a bulge in the left groin. Left high orchiectomy and wide local excision was performed. Histologic examination revealed liposarcoma of the spermatic cord. This is the 33rd case of liposarcoma of spermatic cord reported in Japan.
