長期生存した睾丸悪性リンパ腫

A CASE OF TESTICULAR LYMPHOMA WITH LONG-TERM SURVIVAL

　76歳，男性．左睾丸腫大にて来院し，CTにて後腹膜腔，骨盤腔リンパ節の著明な腫大を認めた．左睾丸摘除の結果，病理組織学的にmalignant lymphoma, diffuse large celltype（LSG分類），working formulation分類ではhigh grade,immunoblastic typeであった．進行度はAnn Arbor分類のstage IIEであったが，化学療法（CHOP）にて早期に完全寛解が得られ，計5コースのCHOP療法施行後退院し，初診後50ヵ月現在まで再発の兆候はない．

A-76-year-old male with testicular swelling and large and hard abdominal masses visited our hospital. Testicular tumor with metastatic lesions was suspected. On July, 1986, left orchiectomy was performed and the testicular tumor was pathologically diagnosed as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma ; diffuse large cell type by LSG classification, and high grade, large cell, immunoblastic, and plasmacytoid by the classification of NCI working formulation. The disease was clinically evaluated as stage IIE of Ann Arbor classification.
