　53歳男性．臍からの便汁排出を認め，精査にてS状結腸と尿膜管腫瘤との交通が疑われた．尿膜管癌を否定できないため，尿膜管全摘除術・膀胱部分切除術・S状結腸合併切除術を施行した．病理結果よりS状結腸憩室炎の尿膜管穿破の診断となった．尿膜管結腸瘻に関して若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Abstract

A 53-year-old man realized the discharge of stool from umbilicus. By close examination, we suspected the connection of the sigmoid colon with the urachus cyst. We could not deny urachus cancer, underwent the resection of the urachus, partial cystectomy, and resection of the sigmoid colon. As the result, we diagnosed rupture of sigmoid colon diverticulitis into the urachus. We report the urachus-colon fistula including the literature on this subject (Rinsho Hinyokika 72 : 1091-1093, 2018).
