　46歳，男性。左陰嚢内腫瘤にて来院し，手術の結果，限局性神経線維腫であった。術後3年の現在再発は認められない。本症例は世界で3例目と思われる。

A 46-year-old man complained of left scrotal painless swelling. Palpation disclosed a slightly firm mass as large as small hen's egg located along the left spermatic cord. Surgical exploration revealed the mass and another small lobulated mass entwined along the left spermatic cord. The masses and left scrotal contents were excised. Histology of the masses was neurofibroma. The patient did not show any sign of systemic neurofibromatosis and was free of recurrence 3 years postoperatively. To our knowledge, this is the third case of localized intrascrotal neurofibroma reported in the literature.
