陰嚢内脂肪腫の1例

INTRASCROTAL LIPOMA: A CASE REPORT

　55歳男性。右陰嚢内容の無痛性腫大を主訴に受診した。精巣腫瘍が否定できないため手術を施行した。術中所見では精巣腫瘍は否定的ではあったが腫瘤と精巣との剥離が困難であったため一塊として摘除した。重量は65g，病理組織検査では，成熟した脂肪細胞と一部に成熟した線維細胞を認めた。本症例は，本邦76例目である。

A 55-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of a painless swelling of the right scrotal content. As we could not exclude the malignant tes-ticular tumor, the operation was performed. The removed specimen including right testis weighted 65g. The patho-logical diagnosis of the tumor was well-capsulated benign lipoma with benign fibroma. Including our case, 76 Japanese reported cases of intrascrotal lipoma are reviewed.
