陰嚢に発生した侵襲性血管粘液腫の1例

A CASE OF AGGRESSIVE ANGIOMYXOMA IN THE SCROTUM

　37歳，男性。主訴は左陰嚢内腫瘤。左陰嚢内腫瘍の診断にて腫瘍摘除術を施行し，組織学的に侵襲性血管粘液腫と診断した。本症は1983年Steeperらにより提唱された血管新生，局所浸潤，再発性を特徴とし，女性の会陰や骨盤に好発する稀な腫瘍である。陰嚢発生報告例は本邦では4例あり，本症例は5例目に相当する。

A-37-year-old male visited our hospital complaining of painless mass in the left scrotum of 27 year's duration. Surgical excision was performed. The tumor was 9.5×8.5×6.0cm in size and 242 gr in weight. Histological diagnosis was aggressive angiomyxoma. To our knowl-edge, this is the fifth case of aggressive angiomxoma in the scrotum reported in Japan.
