　症例1：5歳，男児。右陰嚢部痛を主訴に来院し，理学所見上睾丸捻転症を疑ったが，陰嚢RIイメージング上RI集積の増加を認めた。手術所見は，右睾丸垂捻転症であった。症例2：7歳，男児。1週間続く右陰嚢部腫脹を主訴に来院した。陰嚢RIイメージング上RI集積の増加を認め，現在保存的に経過観察中であるが睾丸の萎縮を認めない。陰嚢RIイメージングが，睾丸捻転症の除外診断に有効であった2例を報告した。

Case 1 : A 5-year-old boy had right testicular pain of 4 hours' duration. Scrotal RI-imaging using ^99mTc pertechnetate showed an increased RI-activity in perfusion and static image on right side. A diagnosis of torsion of the right appendix testis was made by surgical exploration. Case 2 : A 7-year-old boy and right scrotal swelling of 7 days' duration. Scrotal RI-imaging demonstrated an increased RI-activity on right side. He was referred to a follow up study. Scrotal RI-imaging re-examined 40 days from the onset showed some improvement.
