陰嚢内精索脂肪肉腫の1例

Liposarcoma of the Scrotum and Spermatic Cord:A Case Report

　症例は61歳，男性。左陰嚢内容の急激な腫大を主訴に当科を初診した。理学所見，画像検査から脂肪肉腫を疑い，左高位精巣摘除術および腫瘍摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的には高分化型脂肪肉腫であった。術後補助療法として傍大動脈から陰嚢部にかけて放射線45Gyを照射し，退院した。1997年4月現在，筆者らが調べ得た本邦陰嚢内および精索脂肪肉腫は67例が報告されており，自験例は68例目に相当する。これら68例について検討した。

A 61-year-old man was hospitalized for an evaluation of swelling of the left scrotal contents. Physical examination revealed elastic hard masses within scrotum, which was clearly separated from the left testis. Ultrasonography demonstrated hyperechoic masses. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated fat-like masses, which were sus-pected of lipoma or liposarcoma. Tumor resection and high orchiectomy were performed. Pathological diagnosis was well-differentiated liposarcoma, screlosing type. We review 68 cases of liposarcoma of the scrotum and spermatic cord, including our case, which appeared in the Japanese litera-ture.
