陰嚢皮下多型性腺腫

A CASE OF PLEOMORPHIC TUMOR ON THE RIGHT SCROTUM

　65歳，男性。右陰嚢部の無痛性腫瘤を主訴として来院した。右陰嚢部に充実性で可動性のある拇指頭大の腫瘤を認めた。切除術後の病理組織診断にて多型性腺腫と判明した。調べ得た限りにおいて，陰嚢に生じた多型性腺腫の本邦報告例はこれまでにない。

A 65-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of a painless mass on his right scrotum. Resection of the mass was performed to exclude its malignancy. The pathological diagnosis was pleomorphic tumor (mixed tumor). Pleomorphic tumor is mostly seen by otolaryngologists and very rare in urology and to our knowledge has not ever been reported on the scrotal skin.
