巨大陰嚢内脂肪腫の1例

A CASE OF GIANT INTRASCROTAL LIPOMA

　72歳，男性．1年前より左陰嚢内容の腫大に気付いていたが，痛みもなく放置していた．小児頭大にまで腫大してきたため当科を受診した．左高位除睾術を施行した．摘出重量は2500g．病理組織診断は精索脂肪腫だった．1000g以上の巨大な陰嚢内脂肪腫の報告例は本邦で4例にすぎない．

A 72-year-old man had noticed a painless mass in the left scrotum one year before. Since the mass became enlarged up to the size of an infant-head, the patient came to our hospital. The mass was successfully removed, which weighed 2,500 g. A pathological diagnosis of lipoma originating from the left spermatic cord was made. Only 4 patients with intrascrotal lipoma over 1,000 g have been reported in Japan.
