陰嚢内神経線維腫の1例

A Case of lntrascrotal Neurofibroma Originating from Tunica Vaginalis

　67歳，男性。徐々に増大する圧痛のある右陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に来院した。術中所見で，腫瘤は精巣・精索とは無関係であり，単純切除術を施行した。腫瘤は，壁側鞘膜より発生していた。病理組織では，神経線維腫と診断された。フォンレックリングハウゼン病に関連しない単独発症の陰嚢内神経線維腫は非常に稀であり，自験例は本邦7例目であると思われる。

A case of solitary intrascrotal extratesticular neurofibromais reported. A 67-year-old man complained of painful massin the right scrotum. The mass was surgically removedeasily, which was originating from tunica vaginalis. Neu-rofibroma is very rare in the scrotum, especially in theabsense of clinical and histopathologic stigmas of vonRecklinghausen's disease.
