　患者は61歳男性。高脂血症の合併はない．肉眼的血尿を主訴として来院し，膀胱鏡的に右尿管口の外側上方に不整形で白色平板状の局面を認めたため，経尿道的試験切除および電気焼灼術を施行したところ，病理組織学的に膀胱粘膜下に泡沫細胞の集合を認め黄色腫と診断された。膀胱黄色腫は稀な疾患で探し得た限りでは自験例は4例目である。また乳頭状腫瘍を伴わず単独で発生した例としては初めての症例である。

A 61-year-old man came to our clinic with the complaint of asymptomatic grosshematuria. Cysto-scopy revealed white, irregular-shaped plaques at the postero-lateral wall close to the right ureteral orifice. Transurethral biopsy and electrocoaglation was done. The diagnosis of xanthoma was established pat-hologically. The patient did not have hyperlipidemia and urinary infection. 4 cases including our case, of xanthoma of urinary bladder have been reported in the world literature up to today. Our case is first one with no urinary infection and bladder tumor.
