膀胱癌を合併した陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアの1例

A CASE OF SCROTAL HERNIATION OF BLADDER WITH TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA

緒言

　膀胱の鼠径管への滑脱ヘルニアは欧米では稀な疾患ではないとされているが^1,2），本邦ではまだその報告例は少ない^3,4）。しかし，陰嚢底まで膀胱が到る高度な例は欧米においても比較的少なく^5），さらに腫瘍を合併した例は，捜し得た範囲では1979年現在欧米例4例^6〜9）を数えるのみである。最近移行上皮癌を伴つた陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアの症例を経験したので報告する。

A sixty-nine year old man visited our hospital on May 18, 1978 with the complaints of recurrent right inguinal hernia, dysuria, pollakisuria and grosshematuria for the past one year and a half. He had undergone a surgery for the right inguinal hernia two years before the admission. Physical examination revealed an elastic soft mass expanding from the right inguinal region to the bottom of scrotal cavity, which became fist-sized on voiding. Rectal examination proved that his prostate was slightly enlarged.
