冠状動脈用カテーテノレを用いた経皮的腎血管形成術の1例

患者は38歳男性で,人間ドックで高血圧,高レニン血症を指摘され,外来digitai sub-traction angiographyで右腎動脈狭窄を疑われた。血管造影で右腎動脈分岐部の60%狭窄を認めたため,経皮的冠状動脈形成術用カテーテルを用いてcoaxial法で経皮的腎血管形成術を行つた。術後血清レニン活性,狭窄部前後の圧較差は著明に改善し,血圧も正常化した。
A 38-year-old hypertensive man had hyperreninemia and right renal arterial stenosis demonstrated by intravenous digital subtraction angiography. 60% stenosis at renal arterial fork was found by arterio-graphy, so percutaneous transluminal angioplasty was performed by percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty catheter and coaxial method. Plasma renin activity and arterial pressure difference between at the stenotic portion improved, and blood pressure became normal after the angioplasty.
