巨大な膀胱海綿状血管腫の1例

LARGE CAVERNOUS HEMANGIOMA OF THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　膀胱の血管腫は1869年Brocaの第1例以来欧米では1979年までに80例ほどの報告があり^1），本邦では1919年阿久津^2）の例を初めとして1981年までに自験例を含め54例の報告がある。

　われわれは下腹部圧迫感の訴えから子宮筋腫と診断され，開腹術によつて巨大な膀胱海綿状血管腫と判明した1例を経験したので呈示すると共に，本邦症例54例の統計的観察を行つたので報告する。

A 37-year-old female house wife was admitted Ohmiya Red Cross Hospital in November 1978 com-plaining of compressed sensation at lower abdominal region which began 2 months before admission. She did not recognize gross-hematuria or urinary frequency.

Past and family histories were essentially negative.

Physical examination was essentially normal except for 2+ albuminuria, and 5-6 white blood cells and numerous red blood cells per high power field in urine sediment.

Cystoscopic examination revealed a hen-egg sized hemispheric tumor at the dome of the bladder.
