骨盤腔内に多発した神経鞘腫の1例

A CASE OF MULTIPLE SCHWANNOMA IN THE PELVIC SPACE

　患者は61歳，男性。主訴は消化器症状，腹部腫瘤。IVPでは右水腎症を呈し，　CTでは骨盤内に2個の充実性腫瘤を認めた。手術では小児頭大からくるみ大の腫瘍が合計12個骨盤内に存在した。回腸部分切除・右尿管部分切除を併用して腫瘍をすべて摘出した。摘出標本は神経鞘腫であつた。本症の病理診断には免疫組織学的検索が有効であつた。また本症例のように後腹膜神経鞘腫が多発発生した例は稀であつた。

A 61 y.o.-male was admitted complaining of gastrointestinal symptom and abdominal tumor. IVP revealed right hydronephrosis. CT scan showed two tumors in the pelvic space. Twelve tumors from walnut-size to child-head-size in the pelvic space were surgically removed. Partial resection of ileum and right ureter was also performed. Pathological diagnosis was schwannoma confirmed by routine histological examination and immunohistochemical study.
