長大な尿管ポリープの1例

A LONG URETERAL POLYP:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　尿管ポリープはそれほど稀な疾患ではない。しかし，その多くは短小なもので5cm以上の長大なものとなると1981年現在本邦では30例が報告されているにすぎない。著者らは同側の尿管結石の既往を有し特徴的な膀胱鏡所見を呈した長大な尿管ポリープの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A twentyfour-year old woman was seen complaining frequent episodes of fever and vesical irritability. She had a history of spontaneous passage of left ureteral calculi three years prior to the admission. Pelvic bimanual palpation revealed an elastic soft tumor which was thumb-tip sized and movable. Other physical examinations were normal. Laboratory data were normal except for the presence of microscopic hematopyuria. Cystoscopic examination revealed a spindle shaped tumor protruding and retracting from left ureteral orifice synchronously to the peristalsis.
