　症例は10歳男児，主訴は右無痛性陰嚢内腫瘤。触診，超音波断層法にて右陰嚢内に睾丸，副睾丸，精索とは別に存在する小鶏卵大の充実性腫瘤を認めた。腫瘤摘出術を施行，腫瘤は肉様膜下結合組織層に存在し，被膜に覆われ比較的容易に摘出可能であつた。病理組織学的に脂肪肉腫の粘液型と判明。術後特に補助療法行わず16カ月を経過したが再発転移なし。本邦における陰嚢内脂肪肉腫の報告中最年少で，小児では第1例目と思われる。

A 10-year-old child visited our hospital with the chief complaint of an intrascrotal mass. On physi-cal examination, the painless and elastic firm mass was found under the right testis and separated from the testis and other scrotal contents. Resection of the mass was performed. The removed mass was 4.9×3.7×2.8cm in size, 30g in weight and well encapsulated. The histological diagnosis was myxoid liposarcoma. Intrascrotal liposarcoma is a rare disease. This case seemed to be the youngest patient in the Japanese literature.
