　69歳，男性。主訴は小児頭大の左無痛性陰嚢内腫瘤。画像診断にて石灰化をともなう充実性腫瘤を認めた。左高位除睾術とリンパ節郭清術を行った。腫瘍は被膜を有し，肉様膜下結合織に存在した。腫瘍の重さは1120gで，病理組織学的には骨化を一部に認める硬化型分化型脂肪肉腫で，リンパ節の転移は認められなかった。

A rare case of intrascrotal liposarcoma is reported. A 69-years-old man visited our clinic with com-plaint of a painless mass in the left scrotum. High orchiectomy with lymphnode dissection was per-formed. The mass existed under the tunica dortos and was well encapsulated. The removed mass was 23 × 15 × 13 cm in size, and 1,120 g in weight. The histological diagnosis was well differentiated liposar-coma with metaplastic ossification and there was no lymphnode metastasis.
