緒言
軟部肉腫における脂肪肉腫は下肢，後腹膜に好発するが，陰嚢内原発の脂肪肉腫は非常に稀で，報告例もきわめて少ない。左陰嚢内原発の巨大な脂肪肉腫を経験したので報告する。
A 56-year-old man was seen with a complaint of intrascrotal mass of two year's duration. The left high inguinal orchiectomy was performed and tumor removed was 22×17×14 cm in size and weighed 1950 gr. The histological diagnosis was well differentiated liposarcoma. Liposarcomas of the scrotum origin are very rare, and this case seemed to be a 13th one in Japan.
