陰嚢内脂肪肉腫の1例

INTRASCROTAL LIPOSARCOMA:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　睾丸，副睾丸および精索以外の組織より発生するいわゆる陰嚢内腫瘍はまれである。最近著者は，陰嚢内，特に肉様膜または挙睾筋膜より発生したと思われる脂肪肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 35-year-old male worker visited the Department of Urology, Niigata University Hospital on Dec. 4, 1975, complaining of a tender mass in the left scrotum. One year before he became aware of the tumor for the first time and since then it gradually increased in size and tenderness. He gave no history of trauma to the scrotum. On physical examination there were no significant abnormalities except the tumor in the scrotum, which was a size of half of a hen's egg, elastic hard in consistency and irregular on the surface.
