陰嚢内脂肪腫の1例

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL LIPOMA

　陰嚢内に発生する腫瘍はしばしば経験されるが，そのほとんどが睾丸，副睾丸あるいは精索と関係のある腫瘍である。われわれは小児に発生し，それらの臓器と直接関係のない陰嚢内脂肪腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of right intrascrotal lipoma in a 3 year old infant was reported. This is a primary intrascrotal lipoma according to the classification by Minami which had no relation to the right intrascrolal organs, such as testes, epididymis and spermatic cord. 31 cases of intrascrotal lipoma has been reported in the Japanese literature. The cases were reviewed and statistical studies were performed.
