陰嚢内脂肪腫の1例

A CASE OF LYPOMA ARISING FROM THE SCROTAL SOFT TISSUE

　53歳，男性，20歳時に右陰嚢内容の腫大に気づき近医にて泌尿器科受診を勧められたが放置した。1984年11月20日当科初診し右陰嚢内腫瘍の診断で腫瘍摘出術施行した。病理組織学的には成熟した脂肪細胞より成る脂肪腫で，異型性，悪性化は認めなかつた。われわれが調べ得た範囲内で自験例は本邦51例目で，比較的稀な疾患のため若干の文献的考察を加え報告した。

A patient with urogenital benign lypoma was reported. The patient was 53 years old and compla-ined of scrotal swelling. The tumor arised from the scrotal soft tissue. Microscopic examination revealed lypoma without cellular atypism. Discussion was made in 51 benign lypoma arising from the scrotum and the spermatic cord, previously reported in Japan.
