緒言

　睾丸類表皮嚢胞は稀な疾患であり，発生頻度は全睾丸腫瘍の1％程度とされている^1）。また，その治療法は，除睾術にすべきか，あるいは嚢胞摘出のみとするか議論が分かれている。今回われわれは，嚢胞摘出を行つた2例を報告し，睾丸類表皮嚢胞の治療法について若干の文献的考察を行つた。

Two cases of epidermoid cyst of the testis were reported. A 25 year-old male with this cyst at the lower part of the right testis underwent excision of the cyst. In the same manner, the removal of the cyst was carried out in 30 year-old male who had this cyst at the upper part of the right testis. Testicular epidermoid cyst in itself was thought to be benign disease. But, choice of the manner of the operation was difficult because frozen section was incomplete to rule out the malignant or teratomatous com-ponent. Discussion about the choice of the treatment was added.
