はじめに

　類表皮嚢腫は，皮下に発生する良性腫瘍としてはごくありふれたものであり，脳^2）や脾臓^1）にも発生し得る。しかし，これが睾丸内に発生すると発生起源および治療法が問題となる疾患である。われわれは2例の睾丸類表皮嚢腫を経験したので，報告し検討を加える。

Two cases of epidermoid cyst of the testis were reported.

Case 1 was a 43 year-old businessman with a mass in the left scrotum which was discovered during examination by human dock. Left orchiectomy was performed and the mass was located at the lower pole to the middle portion of the testis, sized of a thumb tip. Histological findings revealed a cyst containing layers of keratin-like substance and the wall constructed of squamous epithelium and fibrous connective tissue with bony tissue between them. Other teratoma-like elements and accessary organs of the skin were not noticed.
