37歳，男性。右陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に来院した。術前の超音波検査および触診所見では睾丸の悪性腫瘍との鑑別は困難であったため，高位除睾術を施行した。腫瘍は扁平上皮の被膜と角化様物質の内容からなり，睾丸類表皮嚢胞と診断した。
A 37-year-old male patient visited our hospital complaining of right scrotal mass. It is difficult to identify the mass as benign tumor of testis by palpation and ultrasoncgraphic examination. so right high inguinal orchiectomy was performed. Histological examination of the tumor indicated epidermoid cyst of the testis.
