睾丸類表皮嚢胞の1例を経験し，診断と治療につき若干の考察を加え報告する。患者は18歳男性で，某泌尿器科にて偶然左陰嚢内腫瘤を指摘された。超音波検査で左睾丸に腫瘤を認め，腫瘤壁は強いエコーレベルを示した。手術時，左睾丸上極に拇指頭大の腫瘤を認めたため，高位睾丸摘出術を施行した。腫瘍は硝子化した線維性組織の被膜と角化様物質から成る睾九類表皮嚢胞で，周囲睾丸内にもその他の成分は認められなかつた。
A 18-year-old male was referred to us with asymptomatic left scrotal mass. Ultrasonographic exami-nation revealed a well-circumscribed solid mass with hyperechoic wall in left testis. Macroscopic exami-nation of orchiectomy specimen revealed encapsulated tumor containing flaky, brownish material in upper pole of the testis. Histological examination of the tumor indicated epidermoid cyst.
