膀胱尿管逆流を伴つたHutch憩室の2例

TWO CASES OF HUTCH DIVERTICULUM WITH VESICOURETERAL REFLUX

緒言

　Hutch憩室とは，尿管口の近傍に膀胱壁が突出したもので従来稀とされている。合併症として，膀胱尿管逆流（以下VURと略）また，憩室の尿管圧迫による水腎水尿管などの上部尿路障害，さらに二次的感染症に伴う排尿異常などが比較的多い。最近，われわれは，VURを伴つたHutch憩室の2例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Case 1: a 16-year-old was presented with low back pain and febrile episodes on four occasions for the past three years. X-ray series revealed a right Hutch diverticulum with vesicoureteral reflux. Obstruction of the lower urinary tract was excluded by instrumental examination. After diverticulectomy and right ureterocystoneostomy he became free of symptom.

Case 2: a 34-year-old man began to experience low back pain two years ago. X-ray series revealed a left Hutch diverticulum with vesicoureteral reflux and atrophy of the affected kidney.
