緒言
幼児の睾丸腫瘍として奇形腫や胎児性癌は知られているが，良性腫瘍である類表皮嚢腫の報告は極めて稀である1）。最近，われわれは2歳幼児に発生した睾丸類表皮嚢腫の1例を経験したので，その組織発生，病理診断，治療などについて文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A-2-year-old boy was admitted with complaint of left testicular enlargement. His left testis was about as large as walnut. Laboratory findings including serum-a-fetoprotein were within normal limits. Surgical exploration was done, because malignant testicular tumor could not be denied. The tunica albuginea at the corpus of the left testis was incised revealing a cyst, measuring 1.0 by 0.8cm.
The cyst was consisted of a fibrous capsule, containing caleerous substance-like materials.
