Ⅰ．緒言
睾丸の良性腫瘍は稀であるが，この中でも類表皮嚢腫（Epidermoid cyst）は極めて稀で，本邦でも現在までに11例の報告をみるに過ぎない。我々は最近本症の2例を経験したので，ここに追加報告し，若干の考察を試みる。
The first case was a 19 year old college student complaining right testicular nodule for about one year's duration. The tumor was 2.5cm×1.5cm in size, hard, well encapsulated and located in the parenchyma of the right testis. Right orchiectomy was performed. The second case was a 34 year old clerk complaining tenderness of the right testicle for about two months' duration. The tumor, 1.5cm in diameter, hard, located in the parenchyma of the right testis, was extirpated.
Only 13 cases including our two cases have been reported in Japan. A brief description of the clinical and pathological findings were presented.
