ミューラー管遺残症候群の1例

A CASE OF PERSISTENT MULLERIAN DUCT SYNDROME

緒言

　ミューラー管遺残症候群とは外性器は男性型を示すが胎生期におけるミューラー管の発育が抑制されないため，ミューラー管由来臓器が消退しないことをいう。われわれは両側停留睾丸の既往をもつミューラー管遺残症候群の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。

A 23 year-old man was admitted with the complaint of bilateral testicular pain during the ejacula-tion. At the age of 4 year-old he underwent bilateral orchiopexy for bilateral inguinal testis. Perineum, prostate and penis showed normal appearance. Hypospadia was not observed. Seminal vesicle was not palpated. Chromosomal analysis showed 46 XY male type. Hormonal inspections were within normal range. Vesiculography revealed uterine like organ behind bladder as well as seminal vesicle. On January 13, 1984 exploratory laparotomy was performed.
