膀胱S状結腸瘻の2例

VESICOSIGMOIDAL FISTULA: REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　膀胱S状結腸瘻は，それほど稀な疾患ではないが，泌尿器科で臨床的に経験されることは比較的少なく，その治療には，しばしば悩まされる。最近，われわれは，放射線治療中に発生した膀胱腺癌による膀胱S状結腸瘻の稀な症例，およびS状結腸癌に起因した膀胱S状結腸瘻の2例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The first case was a 70-year-old woman who had complained of gross hematuria and symptoms of cystitis. Excretory urography showed bilateral hydronephrosis. Cystoscopy revealed solid tumors in the antero-lateral wall. Under the diagnosis of bladder tumor TUR-Bt was performed. Pathological finding was adenocarcinoma of the bladder. Preoperatively a total of 4400 R was given to the bladder. After the irradiation had been completed, she developed dark urine and watery diarrhea. Cystogram showed communication between the bladder and sigmoid colon.
