特発性陰嚢石灰沈着症の2例

TWO CASES OF IDIOPATHIC CALCINOSIS OF THE SCROTUM

緒言

　特発性陰嚢石灰沈着症とは，1970年にShapiroら^1）がIdiopathic Calcinosis of the Scrotumの名称のもと提唱した疾患である。今回われわれは，本症の典型と思われる2例を経験したので，当疾患と考えられ集計し得た本邦報告16例に自験例を加え，若干の統計的考察を試みた。

The first patient was a 52-year-old male who was admitted because of multiple nodules on the scrotum of 10-year duration. The histological section revealed great numbers of massive and small substances which stained deep blue with H-E. They were surrounded by thick collagenous fibers with few foreign-body giant cells but had none of an epithelial wall. The second case was a 33-year-old male who was admitted with nodules on the scrotum of 9-year duration. The histological examination demonstrated a lot of large and small matrix which stained black with von Kossa.
